Cooldown: 1.5 seconds. ▪ Ice Crystals automatically shatter after 15 seconds, dealing Frost Elemental Status DMG equal to 100% Psi Intensity to nearby targets (Frost Vortex DMG bonus applies). Ice Crystals can also be shattered by shooting them, which increases the DMG they deal to 300% Psi Intensity (deal 60% DMG instead to players) .▪ Increases Frost Elemental DMG by 60%. Increases it by an additional +20% for every Ice Crystal shattered for 10 seconds, stacking up to 15 times.
