Deviation O-027-RE (previously O-027-001) is a shapeshifting entity split from the biomass sample of the prime-level project -. While its basic appearance matches other O-027 entities, it has the following key differences:

· O-027-RE stands approximately 1.3 meters tall, weighs around 24 kilograms, and is over three times the mass of other O-027 entities.
· O-027-RE's "body" is a translucent light purple, with "hair" that appears golden, and its internal viscous tissue continuously emits a radiant platinum glow.
