Fishing hut with underwater Tek base. Mods used, ASR, KJ, K Rustic, Alfa Fabric, Itens Alfa, Gaia potion Studio, Auto Fishery, Fantasy Teleporter, ZUZ, Excalibur Crafter For some reason, the long pier did not copy to the template. Simply place the fishing hut and add the pier you may need. You may need to build a long pier depending on the depth of the water, then snap the hut to it as the Tek base goes deep.

A two-story stucco and brick blacksmith shop standing right on the sand, arched windows with steampunk frames on both floors, weathered plaster patched over exposed brick. The forge sits under a small lean-to awning out front, anvil and workbench set up beside it, with a barrel and ammo crates stacked nearby for the working-shop feel. A red clay brick patio wraps the building and extends into a small outdoor seating area, table and benches lit by lantern. Storage barrels and supply crates line the side wall facing the beach. Skins used: Tides of Fortune (brick/stucco exterior, arched window framing), Frontier and Steampunk (roof detailing, metal trim). Part of the DocDidIt Ocean biome build series, on Tidewreck Row alongside The Weathered Gull and Last Port Supply. Visit in person on the public showcase server, teleport listed in Discord, or grab the template to build your own.

Set Gloons to aggresive and turret mode Wait on center tp. When neo dives quick tp to the one outside and wait for neo to die. Then hop on and off a mount to set up the next neo. (id suggest keeping the cellar door on 2sec auto close so you can TP b4 it even lands on you - if you dont have tp replace the railing facing the door with a normal small door to walk out of) boxbox og builders, not my design just thought id share cuz its really good
