Paste both commands in order — first spawns a tamed Ice Titan at level 150, then gives you the saddle.

AddExperience levels up the dino you are riding and GiveExpToTarget levels up the creature/player your are looking at.

The Ice Titan is one of ARK: Survival Ascended's boss creatures, fought in its own arena with a prepared team. It falls within the Boss classification.
Its base Stamina of 10000 gives it outstanding staying power. With 100% base Melee Damage, the Ice Titan has decent hitting power. With 350,000 base Health, the Ice Titan is extraordinarily tanky. It carries 50000 base Weight - excellent carrying capacity.
After taming, the Ice Titan guards its arena fiercely - come prepared with your best creatures and gear. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0 Element plus 0 Element per level.
