ForceTame tames any dinosaur and makes it rideable without a saddle, and DoTame only tames tamable creatures.
Both tame the creature you are currently looking at.
AddExperience levels up the dino you are riding and GiveExpToTarget levels up the creature/player your are looking at.

Transfers ownership of all dinosaurs belonging to the targeted player or tribe to your current tribe. You must be looking at a dino owned by the target player/tribe.

ARK supports several command types: "Summon" spawns a random-level creature at your crosshair, "SpawnDino" lets you set coordinates and level, and "GMSummon" spawns a force-tamed creature. For a ready-to-ride Bloodstalker, GMSummon is the way to go. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.
The Bloodstalker is a tamable, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended. Classified under the Climber group.
Its base Stamina of 600 gives it outstanding staying power. Melee starts at 100% - solid damage output that scales with level-ups. Health-wise, the Bloodstalker sits at 450 base, making it reasonably durable. Weight capacity starts at 350, giving it a solid weight pool.
This is a passive tame: no tranquilizers needed. Get close without startling it, then offer food from your last hotbar slot. Its preferred food is Blood Packs (Lvl 1-140).
As a tame, the Bloodstalker earns its keep through resource gathering, making tedious farming runs much faster. Breeding produces fertilized eggs that hatch within a 27°C–30°C temperature window. Defeating one in the wild grants 1 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.35 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
