Troodon
Found across 21 maps in forests, swamps, and mountain regions. Green zones have the highest spawn density. Each species has a population cap per area, so wiping out other creatures nearby can trigger new Troodon spawns.
Found throughout the ARKs, the Troodon is a tamable, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended. It falls within the Misc classification.
Dealing 100% base Melee Damage, the Troodon brings respectable melee power to the table. Starting at 200 Health, it's not particularly tanky. Its base Stamina of 150 gives it decent staying power. It carries 140 base Weight - average weight tolerance.
Once tamed, the Troodon earns its keep through resource gathering, making tedious farming runs much faster. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 28°C and 32°C. Killing a wild Troodon yields 1 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.32 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
