Overview

The Titanosaur is a massive herbivore and soaker, capable of carrying heavy loads with significant weight reductions. It features a special passive taming method that requires knocking it out and equipping its saddle to complete the process. This creature excels at transporting large quantities of resources, making it ideal for base relocation and large-scale farming operations.

It can be airlifted by Quetzal or Karkinos for fast deployment.

Taming

Taming a Titanosaur requires a knockout method. You must first knock it out by targeting its head. Once unconscious, equip the saddle to finalize the taming process. The base torpor is 25,000, so prepare accordingly. Use Tranq Arrows or a Fabricated Sniper Rifle for efficient sedation. A Chain Bola can help immobilize it during the process. The entire taming takes several minutes. Use the calculator below for your settings.

Drops & Harvest Resources

Killing a Titanosaur yields Sauropod Vertebra, Hide, Raw Meat, and Raw Prime Meat. The Hatchet yields the most Hide, while the Pick maximizes Raw Meat output.
