Lost Ossidon

Variant

Overview

The Lost Ossidon is a large carnivorous variant creature. It can be carried by Tusoteuthis for transport across long distances. This relationship allows for strategic deployment in aquatic or remote areas where other mounts cannot reach.

It is primarily encountered as a unique ecological threat rather than a tamed utility creature, given its untamable nature and specialized environmental role.

Spawn Locations

Lost Ossidon does not currently spawn on any ARK: Survival Ascended map, or spawn data is not yet available.

Taming

The Lost Ossidon cannot be tamed.

Lost Ossidon is not tamable.

Drops & Harvest Resources

Killing the Lost Ossidon yields Hide, Raw Meat, Raw Prime Meat, Keratin, and Pelt. The Hatchet is the best tool for harvesting Hide, Keratin, and Pelt, while Raw Meat and Raw Prime Meat are best gathered using the Pick and Dino (Prime) respectively.
