GMSummon spawns a tamed Lightning Pteranodon at level 150.

GiveItem spawns the saddle directly into your inventory.
Pteranodon Saddle
Paste both commands in order - first spawns a tamed Lightning Pteranodon at level 150, then gives you the saddle.
Level
ForceTame tames any dinosaur and makes it rideable without a saddle, and DoTame only tames tamable creatures.
Both tame the creature you are currently looking at.
AddExperience levels up the dino you are riding and GiveExpToTarget levels up the creature/player your are looking at.
Kills the creature or player you are currently looking at.
