Survivors looking at Jerboa in ARK: Survival Ascended will find a land-based herbivore that is valued for its harvesting efficiency, collecting key resources faster than most tools. Tamed via knockout taming (Plant Species Y Seed is the optimal food), this herbivore enters service with 100% base Melee Damage, giving it solid damage output. It gives live birth after a gestation period, with offspring maturing over the course of several hours. Once tamed it harvests Hide, Raw Meat more efficiently than most player tools. Players target Jerboa once they need a reliable workhorse beyond the starter mounts.
