Forest Wyvern
Maturation has three phases: Baby (0–10%) lasts ~556 min and requires constant hand-feeding. Juvenile (10–50%) spans ~37h - it can eat from a Trough now. Adolescent (50–100%) takes ~46h - continues eating from troughs, nearly fully grown.
Imprint bonuses are significant: a fully imprinted Forest Wyvern gains 30% extra damage and damage resistance with its imprinter mounted. You'll be asked to cuddle, walk, or feed specific kibble at regular intervals during maturation.

The raising calculator above shows exactly how much food you need for each maturation phase of the Forest Wyvern. Budget ~556 minutes for the Baby phase - this is when hand-feeding or Maewing nursing is mandatory.
Raising multiple Forest Wyvern simultaneously? Set the dino count and the calculator scales food requirements automatically. Different food types have different spoil timers - factor that into which food you stockpile.

During the Baby phase (0-10%), you must hand-feed or use a Maewing to nurse. From Juvenile (10%+), dinos can eat from a Feeding Trough on their own. Use Preserving Salt in troughs to double spoil times.
After a successful mate, the Forest Wyvern lays a fertilized egg. Incubation temperature must stay between 80°C and 90°C - use Air Conditioners, Standing Torches, or Dimetrodons to maintain the range. At the correct temperature, the egg hatches in approximately 4 hours and 59 minutes.
Full maturation from baby to adult takes ~3 days and 20 hours (1x rate), progressing at a glacially slow pace - plan for a multi-day commitment. Hand-feeding is required until 10% maturation. After that, a Feeding Trough handles the rest.
Each baby inherits stats from both parents with a chance of mutation - +2 wild levels to a random stat plus a color change. Use the breeding calculator to plan food requirements, incubation timers, and maturation phases.
ARK: Survival Ascended features the Forest Wyvern as a flying, carnivore creature that survivors will encounter in the wild. It belongs to the Variant category.
Its base Stamina of 315 gives it moderate endurance. Its base Melee Damage sits at 100%, giving it solid damage output. With 1,295 base Health, the Forest Wyvern is a proper tank. It carries 400 base Weight - good carrying capacity.
The Forest Wyvern is a wild creature that cannot be tamed through conventional methods. Breeding produces fertilized eggs that hatch within a 80°C–90°C temperature window. Defeating one in the wild grants 120 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.82 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
