Forest Titan

Boss

Official servers currently have boosted rates! You don't need to change settings in our calculator.

Overview

The Forest Titan is a massive boss creature with a special passive taming mechanic. It reduces the weight of resources gathered while ridden, making it efficient for large-scale resource operations. Taming it temporarily grants access to powerful area-clearing attacks and substantial weight reduction for Thatch, Corrupted Wood, and Corrupted Nodule. It can be airlifted by Quetzal or Karkinos for fast deployment.

Spawn Locations

Forest Titan does not currently spawn on any ARK: Survival Ascended map, or spawn data is not yet available.

Taming

Taming a Forest Titan requires the Special Passive method. Focus on removing the corruption covering its body, avoiding damage to the Titan itself, as harming it reduces taming efficiency. Only target the corruption. While the Titan naturally comes with a Platform Saddle, operating it requires a unique cockpit. The process lasts 24 hours. Use the calculator below for your settings.

To bring a Forest Titan under your control, concentrate on eliminating the corruption covering its form. Ensure you target solely the corruption, as harming the Titan reduces taming efficiency. While Titans naturally come with a Platform Saddle, their operation requires a distinct cockpit. It’s essential to remember that Titans are tamed temporarily, lasting only 24 hours.

Drops & Harvest Resources

Killing a Forest Titan yields Forest Titan Trophy, Corrupted Wood, Thatch, and Corrupted Nodule. The Hatchet provides the highest yield for Corrupted Wood and Corrupted Nodule, while the Pick maximizes Thatch harvest.

Damage Resistances
