Full maturation from baby to adult takes ~4 days and 19 hours (1x rate), progressing over an extremely long period, one of the longest in the game. Hand-feeding is required until 10% maturation. After that, a Feeding Trough handles the rest.

Imprinting during maturation provides permanent stat bonuses. At 100% imprint, the Brute Plesiosaur gains 30% bonus damage and resistance when ridden by the imprinter. You'll be asked to cuddle, walk, or feed specific kibble at regular intervals during maturation.
