In ARK: Survival Ascended, Blood Crystal Wyvern occupies the aerial scout niche - is commonly used for scouting and quick travel between locations. As a carnivore, it responds to passive taming - favoring Primal Crystal - and ships with 1,295 base Health - extremely durable. Breeding pairs lay fertilized eggs requiring 75°C–85°C incubation, after which juveniles reach adulthood over an extremely long period, one of the longest in the game. Survivors lean on it to gather Hide, Raw Meat, Raw Prime Meat along with several other resources at much higher rates than hand tools.
