Aureliax Taming Calculator
An Aureliax never eats and never lands, so bring something fast to reach it and a Parachute for the way down. Send any shoulder pet away before you mount it. Mount it and it asks for one specific item at a time, and takes only that. The table below is the list it draws from. Filling the bar does not hand you an Aureliax: it turns into an egg that drops to the ground, and you then have to defend that egg from waves of Neophytes.

- It never eats. It asks for one specific thing from a list of 29, takes only that, and asks for something else next. Carry a spread rather than a stack of one item.
- 5 of them are only accepted above a minimum crafted quality, so a Primitive one will be refused.
- Filling the bar does not give you an Aureliax. It settles down and leaves a fertilized egg behind, so what you take home is something to raise rather than a grown creature.
- You have to be up on it to hand anything over. A gift offered from the ground is refused no matter how close you stand.
Found throughout the ARKs, the Aureliax is a tamable, flying, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended.
Dealing 100% base Melee Damage, the Aureliax brings decent hitting power to the table. With 1,250 base Health, the Aureliax is among the tougher creatures. Stamina sits at 800 base, providing outstanding staying power. It carries 1100 base Weight - massive inventory space.
Once tamed, the Aureliax is prized as a flying transport, capable of hauling large inventories over long distances. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 24°C and 34°C. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.92 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
