TAB: Press the TAB key on your keyboard. ENTER: Enter a command into the console and press the ENTER key on your keyboard. MULTIPLAYER: On multi-player servers, some commands (primarily cheats) require authentication with the enablecheats command and need to be prefixed with cheat or admincheat. This is not necessary in single-player.
LB + RB + X + Y: At the same time, press LB, RB, X and Y on the controller. ADMIN COMMAND: Enter a command into the command field and then hit the ADMIN COMMAND button. Deactivates "fly mode" (activated by the Fly command). Physics and gravity will be applied to the player character normally.

Sets the blink vfx (forwards) to the specified percentage
