Bases113White and blue beach house with a back deck pool! Important Build Info! Place on any shallow shore to create a pool, water recommended! Dyes!!! Uses White, Gray, and Baby Blue. Make sure you have many of each dye in your cosmetics or your inventory BEFORE you begin building. This will ensure that all of the pieces will be colored as you place them; makes it very easy! If you forgot to get the dyes first: - All floors and stairs are Gray - All walls and beams are White - All roofs are Baby Blue - Painting set to color all regions for all pieces ----- I hope you enjoy this small beach house! The template includes Fabricator, Smithy, Forge, some Bob's Tales frontier lighting, and also relies on Bob's Frontier Glass skin. The front entrance includes a small side ramp and window to easily fill your forge with metal from the outside. Otters not included XD (but they sure do look cute on the deck!) --- No mods used. Bases119From the outside it's a simple thatch hut, but from the inside, enjoy being surrounded by gardens thanks to Bob Tale's Frontier glass skin. Personally prefer mixing original thatch alongside some frontier skins, but the glass applied to the interior walls is almost mandatory for this design. Base has a small front porch, bird loft area, and a garden. Template includes an interior layout with basic starter items such as a forge and storage space. As a lover of plants, this is my favorite little beach hut <3

Bases198This base has an adaptable foundation with only the center four being the only true required foundation. Starter or endgame compatible base. I recommend using a glass cosmetic or greenhouse structures for the roofing. The original design was from Once human, The orignal Creator *https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxj-L6DBRZo*. Bases145Basic Begining base for those that want something fast and easy, You can use any structure type. The mod is designed in Metal, but Stone, Wood, etc would work just fine. Plenty of Room for Small-Large Dino's.. Extra Large Dino's such as Giga & Carcha's would require slightly more room (middle floor taken out + 2 extra levels for 10x High as an example).

Place a tek cliff platform on a plateau with the entire surface exposed. Place the Tek base on top with snapping enabled. MOD's needed, ASR, KJ Crafter, K Rustic, Alfa Fabric, Ultra Mega Storage, JVH, Natures Touch, FMK station, Excalibur, Fantasy Teleporter, No Fuel Tek Generator. All floors connected with Televators.
