High-Pressure Crude Oil Extractor

A device that pumps and extracts CrudeOil from deep underground. It can produce CrudeOil even in areas without oil fields, but it can only be placed on open ground with no structures beneath it. It requires a far greater supply of electricity than the Crude Oil Extractor.
