I came across this YouTube channel and was interested in this build, so I decided to try it out.

When the firearm hits, there is a 75% chance to trigger Bounce (dealing 35% Bounce DMG to Metas). ▪ Bounce count +2. ▪ Unlocks the ability to trigger Bounce upon hitting the scene, with DMG reduced by 30% (reduced by 95% if the target is a Meta). ▪ Bounce weak point weight +100%
Bounce to hit a random enemy within 15m radius, then bounce again; each bounce deals DMG equal to 40% of Weapon DMG. If no target is available, bounce to the environment. This effect is non-elemental. The additional damage can Crit, strike Weakspots, and will decay with distance. Actual Factor = 40% × (1 + Bonce DMG Factor Bonus) × (1 + Bounce Final DMG Bonus).
