Builds
- Solo/Duo NightmareI tested the build with many variations, and on Nightmare difficulty this proved to be the most reliable and most stable setup. While it holds its own even solo, the true potential of the abilities is especially effective in Duo. The synergy between the gear and abilities guarantees constant damage and almost indestructible survivability.+435
- Magic Minigun V4Minigun but with magic~+43
- 🌵Bandito Duo🌵Long Ranger & BowCopy Bandito with Portal, cast Fire Wisp, empower both spells with an electric Bow, and watch hordes melt away.+40
- 🐂El Rápido💨Shotgun & Bow+22
- One Man Army(Latest update: Version 0.2.0.4) This build focuses on the spells and their synergies as well as your jokers. It shines the most whether solo or co-op not only due to its ability to clear hordes easily, but also with its ability to keep yourself healthy. I have tried and tested this build in both Nightmare and Very Hard difficulties with my personal record of 2,812 kills, 84,000+ damage, and 70,000+ EXP (shotgun and revolvers combined) on Nightmare difficulty so far. It is really up to you on how you will use the spells but! I recommend you use Wisp first, shoot it (using the revolvers) to make it blue, activate acid rain on where most enemies are, and use Blizzard last. Watch the spells take out enemies before you can even say "Yeehaw". (Feel free to swap out Helping Hand joker with any).+20
- Aiming Burst🎯Quad Cylinder & BowJoker Aiming Burst got some interesting changes and feels really fun to play now.+19
In-game preview
How it playsA burning companion that jumps to a new target on every kill. The Wisp starts on one enemy, burns it down, and then moves on rather than expiring. In a dense wave, a single cast can spread Burning through an entire group before you've fired a second shot. Cast it at the start of an encounter and let it work while you handle other threats. It pairs naturally with Surcharge: the Wisp spreads Burning to multiple enemies, then one Surcharge detonates all of them at once. Its long cooldown means you want to deploy it early in a fight rather than save it.
Strategy
Strengths
- Single cast can spread Burning across many targets via kill jumps
- Requires no aiming after initial placement
- Exceptional setup for Surcharge detonations
Weaknesses
- Long cooldown for an autonomous unit
- Stops spreading if it can't find a valid target to jump to
