Weaver's Snare

Device for securing Dreamcatchers. Deploys a web when an enemy approaches, Chaining the enemy for 10 seconds. After being triggered, can only activate again 10 seconds after the Chaining effect has ended. Enemy Meta-Humans won't be Chained, but their Movement Speed will be decreased by 30%, and their Sprint and Dodge Cost will be increased by 100%. Web of Silk can exist up to 100.
