GiveToMe Command

Command Breakdown
Changes the owner of the targeted entity (structure or dino) to the current player. However, note that this command does not actually tame dinos - their inventory will not be accessible and they will not be rideable unless they were already tamed by another player or you use one of the dino taming commands afterwards.

Usage
This is how you can open the console to type the commands in and how to execute them.
1. TAB | Press the TAB key on your keyboard.
2. ENTER | Enter a command into the console and press the ENTER key on your keyboard.
3. MULTIPLAYER | On multi-player servers, some commands (primarily cheats) require authentication with the enablecheats command and need to be prefixed with cheat or admincheat. This is not necessary in single-player.
