Zomdodo Overview
Survivors looking at Zomdodo in ARK: Survival Ascended will find a land-based carnivore that earns its keep through resource gathering, making tedious farming runs much faster. Tamed via a special taming method (Raw Mutton is the optimal food), this carnivore enters service with 1000 base Stamina with outstanding staying power. Reproduction is by live birth following gestation; juveniles mature over the course of several hours. Its harvest profile centers on Hide, Raw Meat, making farming runs noticeably faster. It earns its place in the stable for survivors looking to graduate from early-game tames.

Drops & Harvest Resources
You can gather Hide, Raw Meat from a Zomdodo corpse. The corpse has 50 harvest health, allowing multiple hits before it's fully depleted.
Different tools yield different quantities - check the table below to pick the right tool for the resource you need. Generally, a Pick favors meat while a Hatchet favors hide and secondary materials.
Estimates based on game-extracted data (weights, quantities, harvest multipliers, damage type chains). Each harvest event independently rolls each resource - higher weight = higher drop chance. Actual yields vary with RNG.
