The X-Paraceratherium is a large herbivorous variant creature from Genesis: Part 1. It features a compact build and a slight melee damage boost, making it a durable melee tank with enhanced combat potential. It can be airlifted by Tusoteuthis for fast deployment in aquatic zones.
The X-Paraceratherium spawns exclusively in bog biomes. It is very rare and appears on only one ARK map. Focus searches in swampy lowlands where bog vegetation is dense.

Tame the X-Paraceratherium using knockout methods. Use a Chain Bola or trap it with a Bear Trap or Large Bear Trap to immobilize it. Tranquilizer Darts from a Crossbow or Longneck Rifle are effective for sedation. Superior Kibble is the best food. About 35 Superior Kibble are needed. The tame takes around 43 minutes. Killing the X-Paraceratherium yields Hide, Raw Meat, and Raw Prime Meat. The Hatchet yields the most Hide, while the Pick maximizes Raw Meat. Prime Meat harvest is best with a Dino (Prime).
