VR Ravager Egg & Breeding Calculator

The VR Ravager gives live birth after mating, skipping the egg-incubation step entirely. Gestation takes approximately 4 hours and 12 minutes at default rates.

The baby VR Ravager takes approximately 2 days to fully mature at default rates - requiring significant patience. The most labor-intensive part is the baby phase (0–10% maturation) when it can't use a Feeding Trough yet.

Each baby inherits stats from both parents with a chance of mutation - +2 wild levels to a random stat plus a color change. Use the breeding calculator to plan food requirements, incubation timers, and maturation phases.

The VR Ravager's growth progresses through three stages: Baby (0–10%) lasts ~292 min and requires constant hand-feeding. Juvenile (10–50%) spans ~19h - it can eat from a Trough now. Adolescent (50–100%) takes ~24h - continues eating from troughs, nearly fully grown.

Imprint bonuses are significant: a fully imprinted VR Ravager gains 30% extra damage and damage resistance with its imprinter mounted. Imprint requests include cuddling, walks, and specific kibble - check the wiki for which kibble to stockpile.

During the Baby phase (0-10%), you must hand-feed or use a Maewing to nurse. From Juvenile (10%+), dinos can eat from a Feeding Trough on their own. Use Preserving Salt in troughs to double spoil times.

The VR Ravager is a tamable, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended. Classified under the Variant group.

Starting at 400 Health, it's decently sturdy. Melee starts at 100% - respectable melee power that scales with level-ups. With 350 base Stamina, the VR Ravager has solid stamina reserves. A base Weight of 500 means massive inventory space.

The VR Ravager is a knockout tame: apply enough torpor to knock it out, then place food in its inventory. Feed it Raw Mutton for the fastest tame and highest effectiveness bonus.

Once tamed, the VR Ravager fills a general-purpose role, adaptable to whatever your tribe currently needs. It gives live birth after a gestation period, making breeding straightforward. Killing a wild VR Ravager yields 6 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.25 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
