Overview
The VR Ravager is a variant carnivore designed for utility and transport support. It provides a -50% weight reduction for resources such as Wood, Metal, and Crystal when carried in its inventory. This makes it ideal for resource hauling where weight efficiency is critical. It can be airlifted by Argentavis, Karkinos, Megalosaurus, Quetzal, or Tusoteuthis for rapid deployment across long distances.
The creature's primary role is to reduce inventory weight for common building materials, enhancing transport speed and efficiency for players moving large resource loads.
Spawn Locations
VR Ravager does not currently spawn on any ARK: Survival Ascended map, or spawn data is not yet available.
Taming the VR Ravager requires knockout, using tranquilizing weapons to render it unconscious. The most effective food is Raw Mutton, which grants the highest affinity. Cooked Lamb Chop also works well, though it yields slightly less affinity. Typical knockout tools include the Bow, Crossbow, and Fabricated Sniper Rifle equipped with Tranq Arrows or Tranquilizer Darts.
Immobilization can be achieved using a Bola, Bear Trap, or Plant Species Y. The taming process takes about 20 minutes with approximately 7 units of Raw Mutton. No Narcotics are needed. Use the calculator below for your settings.

Weight Reduction
The VR Ravager reduces inventory weight by -50% for Wood, Fiber, Metal, Stone, Thatch, Crystal, Obsidian, Fungal Wood, and Congealed Gas Ball. This weight reduction is maintained when carried by flyers such as Argentavis or Quetzal, making it ideal for airborne resource transport.
Damage Resistances
The VR Ravager has a significant weakness to damage from creatures, taking +120% more damage from such sources. It also takes +100% more damage from spike walls and +55% more from metal melee attacks. On the other hand, it is highly resistant to mining drill harvest damage, taking -100% damage from that source. This makes it vulnerable in creature combat but durable against certain structural interactions.

Hitbox Multipliers
