Found throughout the ARKs, the Shastasaurus is a tamable, piscivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended. Classified under the Water group.

With 4,500 base Health, the Shastasaurus is one of the toughest creatures in the game. With 100% base Melee Damage, the Shastasaurus has solid damage output. Its base Stamina of 300 gives it decent staying power. Weight capacity starts at 3000, giving it massive inventory space.

After taming, the Shastasaurus is a practical workhorse - it can both gather and haul resources efficiently. Defeating one in the wild grants 15 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.88 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
