Required Narcotics
The table shows how many sedatives you'll need to keep the Scrap Elemental unconscious through the full taming duration. Bio Toxin is twice as potent as Narcotics (80 vs 40 Torpor per use), while Narcoberries work in a pinch at just 7.5 Torpor each. At 0.33 Torpor drain per second, apply narcotics proactively - a wakeup mid-tame wastes everything.
Starve & Torpor Timers
Track the taming process with the timers below - they monitor both Torpor and starvation progress. The torpor timer alerts you when narcotics are needed. The starve timer tracks Food depletion for starve-taming, where you let the food bar drop before placing all food at once.

After taming, the Scrap Elemental is a practical workhorse - it can both gather and haul resources efficiently. Killing a wild Scrap Elemental yields 50 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.88 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
