Survivors looking at R-Parasaur in ARK: Survival Ascended will find a land-based herbivore that is primarily used for resource harvesting, excelling at gathering specific materials. Tamed via knockout taming (Basic Kibble is the optimal food), this herbivore enters service with 480 base Weight, providing good carrying capacity. It reproduces by laying fertilized eggs that incubate between 24°C and 28°C, with babies maturing requiring significant patience. Survivors lean on it to gather Hide, Raw Meat at much higher rates than hand tools. It earns its place in the stable for survivors looking to graduate from early-game tames.
