Oviraptor is a land-based carnivore in ARK: Survival Ascended, earns its keep through resource gathering, making tedious farming runs much faster. Tamed via knockout taming (Extraordinary Dinosaur Egg is the optimal food), this carnivore enters service with 100% base Melee Damage, giving it decent hitting power. It reproduces by laying fertilized eggs that incubate between 26°C and 30°C, with babies maturing over the course of several hours. Its harvest profile centers on Hide, Raw Meat, making farming runs noticeably faster. It earns its place in the stable for survivors looking to graduate from early-game tames.
