The Grendel (Gamma) is a boss creature in ARK: Survival Ascended that must be fought in a dedicated arena. It falls within the Boss classification.

At 300,000 base HP, the Grendel (Gamma) is one of the toughest creatures in the game. Dealing 100% base Melee Damage, the Grendel (Gamma) brings respectable melee power to the table. With 3500 base Stamina, the Grendel (Gamma) has massive stamina reserves. A base Weight of 1000 means an enormous weight pool.

Once tamed, the Grendel (Gamma) is a fearsome boss that requires serious preparation and a strong army of tames to defeat. A wild Grendel (Gamma) is worth 1500 base experience when killed. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.26 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
