Gigadesmodus Overview
In ARK: Survival Ascended, Gigadesmodus occupies the aerial transport niche - excels at carrying heavy loads through the air, making base-to-base logistics much faster. It is a carnivore tamed through a special taming method, and brings 600 base Weight, providing an enormous weight pool to the table. It reproduces by laying fertilized eggs that incubate between 80°C and 90°C, with babies maturing over an extremely long period, one of the longest in the game. Once tamed it harvests Hide, Raw Meat, Raw Prime Meat more efficiently than most player tools. It earns its place in the stable for survivors looking to graduate from early-game tames.
Spawn Locations
Gigadesmodus does not currently spawn on any ARK: Survival Ascended map, or spawn data is not yet available.
Taming
The Gigadesmodus is obtained by defeating the Lost Queen boss in the Lost Colony. It cannot be tamed in the wild.

Harvesting a dead Gigadesmodus yields Hide, Raw Meat, Raw Prime Meat. The corpse has 520 harvest health, allowing multiple hits before it's fully depleted.
