Cryolophosaurus Overview
Survivors looking at Cryolophosaurus in ARK: Survival Ascended will find a land-based carnivore that is valued for its harvesting efficiency, collecting key resources faster than most tools. Tamed via knockout taming (Exceptional Kibble is the optimal food), this carnivore enters service with 500 base Weight, providing excellent carrying capacity. It reproduces by laying fertilized eggs that incubate between 12°C and 16°C, with babies maturing over an extremely long period, one of the longest in the game. Once tamed it harvests Hide, Raw Meat more efficiently than most player tools. It earns its place in the stable for survivors looking to graduate from early-game tames.
