The spawn command tool lets you create console commands for spawning a Cruise Missile with your desired settings. Multiple variants are available - use the selector to pick the version you want.
Command options include Summon (random level, at crosshair), SpawnDino (precise coords and level), and GMSummon (force-tamed at specified level). GMSummon is the most convenient for getting a tamed Cruise Missile immediately. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.
Summon spawns a wild Cruise Missile.
SpawnDino spawns a wild Cruise Missile at level 150.
Level
GMSummon spawns a tamed Cruise Missile at level 150.
Level
ForceTame tames any dinosaur and makes it rideable without a saddle, and DoTame only tames tamable creatures.

AddExperience levels up the dino you are riding and GiveExpToTarget levels up the creature/player your are looking at.

The Cruise Missile, a tamable, flying, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is a notable presence across multiple maps. It falls within the Ignore classification.
Dealing 100% base Melee Damage, the Cruise Missile brings decent hitting power to the table. The Cruise Missile has 0 base Health - glass-cannon fragile. Stamina sits at 90 base, providing limited endurance.
After taming, the Cruise Missile is a versatile flyer useful for scouting, traversal, and light transport. Killing a wild Cruise Missile yields 3 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0 Element plus 0 Element per level.
