Autumn Drakeling Egg & Breeding Calculator

The Autumn Drakeling reproduces by laying fertilized eggs after mating. Incubation temperature must stay between 17°C and 20°C - use Air Conditioners, Standing Torches, or Dimetrodons to maintain the range. At the correct temperature, the egg hatches in approximately 1 hour and 14 minutes.

The baby Autumn Drakeling takes approximately 1 day and 1 hour to fully mature at default rates - slowly. During the baby phase (0–10%), hand-feed it directly. From 10% onward (juvenile), it can eat from a Feeding Trough.

Mutations can add +2 levels to any stat and change colors. Stacking mutations across generations is the key to min-maxed breeding lines. Use the breeding calculator to plan food requirements, incubation timers, and maturation phases.

The Autumn Drakeling's growth progresses through three stages: Baby (0–10%) lasts ~150 min and requires constant hand-feeding. Juvenile (10–50%) spans ~10h - it can eat from a Trough now. Adolescent (50–100%) takes ~13h - continues eating from troughs, nearly fully grown.

Imprinting during maturation provides permanent stat bonuses. At 100% imprint, the Autumn Drakeling gains 30% bonus damage and resistance when ridden by the imprinter. Keep various kibble types on hand, as imprint requests are randomized between cuddles, walks, and kibble feeding.

During the Baby phase (0-10%), you must hand-feed or use a Maewing to nurse. From Juvenile (10%+), dinos can eat from a Feeding Trough on their own. Use Preserving Salt in troughs to double spoil times.

Found throughout the ARKs, the Autumn Drakeling is a tamable, flying, carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended. It falls within the Shoulder Pet classification.

With 150 base Stamina, the Autumn Drakeling has average stamina. With 100% base Melee Damage, the Autumn Drakeling has decent hitting power. At 150 base HP, the Autumn Drakeling is not particularly tanky. Weight capacity starts at 65, giving it very limited carrying capacity.

Once tamed, the Autumn Drakeling works well as a reconnaissance mount, offering fast travel and a bird's-eye view of the terrain. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 17°C and 20°C. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.28 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
