Alpha Karkinos is a massive carnivorous arthropod that cannot be tamed. It possesses high resistance to most forms of damage, making it a durable opponent in combat. Its claw attacks are particularly devastating, capable of quickly dismantling wooden and thatch structures. It can be immobilized with a Chain Bola to facilitate safer engagement from a distance.
The creature is primarily encountered as a powerful wild predator. Players may battle it for valuable resources such as Organic Polymer and Alpha Karkinos Claw. Due to its strength and resilience, it is often targeted by well-equipped parties seeking high-tier loot.

Taming
The Alpha Karkinos cannot be tamed. It is an untamable alpha creature encountered in the wild. Players must rely on kiting and immobilization tactics rather than taming attempts. The best way to approach it is with ranged weapons and a Chain Bola to restrict movement.
