Set Gloons to aggresive and turret mode
Wait on center tp. When neo dives quick tp to the one outside and wait for neo to die. Then hop on and off a mount to set up the next neo.
(id suggest keeping the cellar door on 2sec auto close so you can TP b4 it even lands on you - if you dont have tp replace the railing facing the door with a normal small door to walk out of)
